Brooklyn's Bagel Store - Tequila Bagel?!? | FOOD TRENDS

Here in Brooklyn, we've been seeing some serious creativity in the bagel department. Williamsburg's famed The Bagel Store has been at the forefront of the trend, offering noteworthy flavors like Coconut, Mac & Cheese (!!) and the buzzworthy Bacon Egg & Cheese bagel (introduced last Spring - try it with bacon, egg and cheese!) alongside equally creative cream cheese offerings (we're partial to the new Mexicali - taco flavored, with peppers and black beans). Today, the Bagel Store announced their new 'Tequila Bagel,' complete with lime and salt cream cheese! The combo comes with a warning: must be 21, special order.

We've been frequenting the bagel spot, and it's been an absolute blast configuring interesting pairings. If you happen to be by either of their two Williamsburg locations, it's definitely worth a pop in and a taste of bagelicious decadence.
