Crochet Hair Bow | DIY CRAFTS / FASHION

I've been on a huge crochet kick lately - from hats to necklaces to soft chains and shaped appliques, almost every outfit these days has something I've made adorning it. The idea for this bow headband came from a recent shopping trip to Top Shop - they have amazing accessories, and I usually can't escape without buying one or two. This time, I was drawn to their abundant display of headbands with all different kids of bows attached to them. However, upon closer inspection, I decided it was something I could (and would rather) make myself.
Materials:
An old headband
2 skeins of medium weight yarn (I used one grey and one white)
Size G or 4.25mm crochet hook
Safety pin or needle and thread
Instructions:
(You will work the bow with both strands of yarn at the same time)
Chain 16 (this will be a foundation of 15 st plus 1 turning st) and turn
Row 1: Chain 15 st plus 1 chain and turn
Row 2: Decrease one(using the first two stitches in this row) and sc in the rest of the row, chain 1 and turn (you will now have 14 stitches total)
Row 3: Decrease one, sc the rest, ch 1 and turn (13 stitches total)
Continue this pattern, decreasing at the beginning of each row until you have 4 stitches
Row 13: Decrease twice (once in the first two sc and then the last two sc) so you have 2 stitches left - this is the "cinched" part of your bow.
Row 14: 2 sc, ch 1 and turn
Row 15: 2 sc, ch 1 and turn
Row 16: Increase at each sc, ch 1 and turn (you will have 4 stitches now)
Row 17: Increase one in the first sc of this row, sc the rest, ch 1 and turn (you will now have 5 stitches)
Row 18: Increase one in the first sc of this row, sc the rest, ch 1 and turn (you will now have 6 stitches)
Continue this pattern, increasing at the beginning of each row until you have 15 stitches - if you're keeping track, this will be row 27.
Cast off and weave the end strands of yarn into the back of the bow.
Cut a long length of yarn from the two colors, wrap them a few times around the center of the bow, tie them in a knot and snip the edges.
To fasten the bow to the headband, you can either safety pin through the back of the center ties and then clip that around the headband or for a more permanent solution sew it on (making sure to wrap the thread around a bunch of times to make it more secure.

There is really a big difference between fat and muscle; this has been clearly defined by Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle. I learned about this item through the nutrition specialists when I engaged in health fitness plan because I wanted to increase my muscles.
Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful advice with the world. Its amazing and truly inspirational, makes you really want to work that much harder for what you really want.
