LIVE MUSIC/VIDEO - Carina Round at the Living Room NYC
UK songstress Carina Round served up a spectacular trio of shows last year at The Living Room on the lower east side, nyc and we've been singing her praises since...At the time, Ms. Round had just come off of opening for Annie Lennox on her world tour - in support of Carina's last album, "Slow Motion Addict". Big love for this unique musical genius.
And we put on our filmmaker hats and produced a video of one of the intimate shows for her. Check out the FULL show below, complete with some backstage rehersal footage. :)

ou do not eat anywhere near enough -- This one may come as a bit of a surprise, but I've noticed that a lot of people who are unsuccessful with their muscle building conquests tend to consume food infrequently and inconsistently.
