TECH - Kid iPhone App Developer

It's all about apps these days...widgets for home computers, iphone, facebook, etc etc etc... And as many of these platforms open their coding up to freelance developers, mobile application design is evolving into a major career field. From thousands of games to 'farting' applications to bar code scanning apps, developers are getting creative and are hard at work...and it's paying off!

And Lim Ding Wen, a nine-year-old from singapore is happily jumping on the application development train. Wen developed "Doodle Kids", a drawing app for the iPhone. And it's already been downloaded over 4,000 times!

"The boy, who enjoys reading books on programing, is in the process of writing another iPhone application -- a science fiction game called "Invader Wars.""
